The course provides a working knowledge of Hard Dollar that will enable students to setup jobs and templates, create resources and cost rates, develop estimates using an appropriate cost structure, import a clients schedule, address working arrangements and other typical job considerations, how direct and indirect costs are defined, adding dynamic contingencies, overheads and escalation, integrating the estimate with the delivery schedule, how to make use of the available reporting including cashflow, developing the target price and understanding the calculation methods available for pricing the client schedule.

The course is an extremely hands-on set of modules with exercises that take you through from creating a new job to presenting a set of prices to a customer.
