Overview
eTimeMachine.com Inc. is recognised as a leader in enterprise project management solutions. eTimeMachine combines its rich resource and work management, project and activity costing, operational compliance and integration functionality with other best-in-class systems to collect, integrate and consolidate all resource, project and activity related data from across the enterprise to achieve corporate-wide success.
eTimeMachine Enterprise
eTimeMachine Enterprise™ pulls assigned activities from Microsoft Project, Oracle | Primavera, workflows, and action request/service desk systems into its database; combines them with eTimeMachine’s activities and then delivers them to the appropriate personalised employee workspace for work execution. Within the same workspace the employee reports time, expense, progress, remaining hours, issues and so forth, against all assigned activities.
eTimeMachine Employee Workspace
The eTimeMachine Workspace acts as the interface to the enterprise and presents personalised consolidated data and functionality to executives, managers (project and functional) and employees. The workspace is accessible on the LAN/WAN, internet and wireless devices (PDA) allowing company stakeholders to interface with the enterprise from anywhere, anyplace and anytime.
eTimeMachine Enterprise Tracking
eTimeMachine conveniently allows employees to report actual hours, overtime, billable, non-billable, lieu time, expenses, percent complete, remaining hours, issues and so forth against all assigned tasks from Microsoft® Project, Oracle | Primavera®, workflows, eTimeMachine and action request/service desk systems (such as Remedy® and Magic®) via eTimeMachine's personalised employee workspace and Microsoft Outlook.
eTimeMachine Functional Management
TimeMachine Enterprise™ provides a centralised resource pool that is shared between multiple systems including Microsoft® Project, Oracle | Primavera®, workflows, eTimeMachine and action request/service desk systems ( such as Magic® & Remedy®). eTimeMachine also offers bi-directional integration between its resource pool and third party HR applications in order to provide project and functional managers with the most updated resource information. Managers can search for resources based on skills, roles or organisational breakdown structure.
eTimeMachine Workflows
eTimeMachine workflows are often described as "template processes" comprised of a series of sequential steps/activities – allowing for elaborate logic – with resources, roles and work groups pre-assigned to each of them. eTimeMachine allows for the creation and storage of a library of “template” workflows.
eTimeMachine Reporting
eTimeMachine’s elaborate reporting, safeguards companies from being forced to make decisions based on inadequate information. By collecting data directly from the source, validating information via approvals and audit trail, and storing and consolidating all project management and resource data into one central repository, eTimeMachine provides its customers with live enterprise-wide reporting based on accurate and reliable data
eTimeMachine Data Intergrity
Corporations can be confident that their decisions are being made based on accurate and validated information. eTimeMachine’s transaction-based infrastructure and matrix-based approval workflow validates, date-stamps, stores and restricts changes to all approved data entered into its system. Changes can only be made through debits and credits, thus producing comprehensive audit trails to support project performance and cost reporting.
eTimeMachine solutions also offer a configurable notification module that allows companies to configure the system to send out several alerts to induce operational compliance.
eTimeMachine Global Collaboration
eTimeMachine is client server based and fully web-enabled with wireless capability. eTimeMachine solutions allow for project statusing, time entry, approvals and reporting to be done and viewed – all on the web! eTimeMachine allows employees to exchange information with the enterprise anywhere, anytime and anyplace.
eTimeMachine MS Outllok Integration
eTimeMachine announces the release of its Microsoft® Outlook integration functionality. Because of its ease-of-use, outstanding employee acceptance and impact on project management success, Microsoft Outlook integration is capturing the attention of executives from around the globe.
eTimeMachine Resource Usage and Capacity Planning
eTimeMachine’s central repository carries all resource and project related information delivering complete enterprise-wide views of total resource capacity, availability and usage across all project and non-project related work. Resource utilisation information is presented in multiple hierarchical views across and throughout the organisation and enterprise project structure by business unit, role, individual, project and work group for any definable period.
eTimeMachine Enterprise Dashboard
eTimeMachine’s Enterprise Dashboard is a single screen, browser-based portrait of an organisation, highlighting the health of key performance indicators. The dashboard presents consolidated project and resource data from eTimeMachine Enterprise, Microsoft® Project, Oracle | Primavera, action request/service desk applications and ERP systems (Project Accounting, HR, Payroll).
eTimeMachine Configurable Business Rules
eTimeMachine's Configurable Business Rules (CBR) is a module within eTimeMachine Enterprise that allows users to enhance and customise the system's logic to support their business processes. Using the CBR module, users can configure business rules and exceptions over and above those that are addressed by the software. For example the system can be configured to calculate cost of a specific resource based on the time of the day, the resource's association with a wage group and/or cost group and specific company rules such as overtime charges and night shift factors.
